WELFARE

The welfare of athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers is Chester-Le-Street & District AC’s number one priority . To support this objective, the club maintains a number of policies and procedures which can be accessed via this page.
 

Tracy McPeake is the Club’s Lead Welfare Officer. If you have any concerns or wish to speak to someone in the strictest of confidence, then please get in touch. Tracy is available at most training nights and a club events, as well as NEYDL and Cross country dates.

You don’t have to suffer in silence. We are here to listen, help and support if you are struggling with physical or mental wellbeing. There are also several outside organisations that can offer advice, including:
